Mary Wise series is very basic, perhaps most appropriate for middle school age (or younger) and beginning level HS players that have the need for developing the most fundamental skill set. The Becoming a Champion series covers the fundamental skills at a bit more intermediate level. Designed for someone who is already in the sport, not a true beginner. This series may be more appropriate for working with the high school age players. Both are excellent series that will give you the essentials of developing skills.
